Tech Mahindra Teams Up with Google To Unveil GenAI Powered Email amplifAIer

Tech Mahindra announced a collaboration with Google to introduce the Email "amplifAIer" powered by Generative AI as part of its portfolio of AI services.For better customer service, the Email amplifAIer will work as a one-stop shop for managing all email communication of contact centers. According to the company, it will also bring the strength of Generative AI to offer unified visualisation and automation technique, enabling a human in loop mindset to deliver results responsibly to enhance customer experience.

The Email amplifAIer will also offer end-to-end solutions for email automation and personalized responses by determining the intended outcomes, removing the necessary entities from the email, and integrating with other systems, such as CRM and finance apps.

"Our Email amplifAIer powered by generative AI, will help enhance organisational efficiency and customer experience with quick, accurate and automated responses. It will further enable personalisation at scale and create compelling and visually appealing content. Together with Google, we are delivering the most advanced solution for all the email needs in contact centre space," Hasit Trivedi, CTO - Digital Technologies and Global Head - AI, Tech Mahindra, said in a statement.

In addition, the business claimed that the recently released solution with generative AI capabilities was created using the "Human in loop" design philosophy. With this, users may check created responses and, if necessary, make modifications before sending them to clients.
