HFCL Sunil Pandey, the active practitioner of IT has moved on from JWIL Infra and joined the HFCL as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Himachal Futuristic Communication (HFCL) is one of the leading manufacturing telecommunication equipment’s, intelligent power system and Optic Fibre Cables Company. It specialises in providing the turnkey telecom solutions with customization and innovation. Sunil Pandey is responsible to operate IT and Digital transformation.

With nearly 24 years of experience, Pandey is a certified project management professional with an outstanding experience on building and implementing the IT solutions and strategies. Before joining JWIL Infra, Pandey was the CIO at Sterlite Power for about two years. He is skilful to execute the IT operations on a global scale and derives valuable profits through IT depts. With more than 15 team awards and 60 plus patents, his journey for improvement started again in a new form.

When asked about his move he said, “Data is the new oil for us and creating pipeline for data as we are into ASP cable and fibre manufacturing. I feel excited to be part of this, we are part of 5G equipment bouquet also, so, I am privilege to be part of this and this also, this will give me an immense opportunity to learn.”
