The OrbitSecure product line from SpiderOak, based in Reston, Virginia, offers zero trust security for zero gravity settings. To satisfy the special requirements of cybersecurity in space, OrbitSecure uses a potent combination of distributed ledger technology and no-knowledge encryption. The product line comprises a completely decentralised key management system that aids in enabling full availability and on-going operations in space, even in disconnected or intensely contested networks.

By drastically lowering the attack surface and chances for adversaries to jam, interrupt, change, or dispute space communications and satellite services, this boosts the resilience for multi-vendor, multi-network, mesh-proliferated low-Earth orbit networks.
